Under the Sea Week


Under the Sea Week
Art:

Rainbow Fish-
*JellyFish Fun- Cut paper plates in half and let the kids paint them. Add glue to the paint and then stick google eyes and tissue paper strips. Hang in a window or on a fish net.
Sea Shells- Suply paint and large shell pasta. Paint, dry. done.
Under the Sea-

Science:
Texture Starfish- Cut stars from sandpaper. Color with crayons then iron on felt. The colors will transfer onto the felt. Looks pretty!
Waves in a Bottle- Add one cup of baby oil to an empty water bottle. Add water, glitter and a drop of blue food coloring. Add sand and shells. Glue the lid to prevent leaks.

Math:
Sea Shell Sort and Match-
Sea Urcheins- Make a ball with model magic. Polk colored toothpicks in while counting. Let dry.

B is for Beluga
Ocean in a Bag-add blue sparkle toothpaste to a ziplock, tape with packing tape to avoid leaking. Trace letters of their names with finger.
